Panna Cotta with Dehydrated Blueberries

Ingredients:
60 g of sugar
200 g of lactose-free heavy cream
200 g of semi-skimmed lactose-free milk
30 g of Kamarere blueberry powder
6 g of powdered gelatin or 3 gelatin sheets
Water to hydrate the gelatin
20 g of Kamarere dehydrated orange
1 teaspoon of Kamarere pumpkin powder
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
Fresh blueberries for decoration
Steps:
1. Hydrate the gelatin with very cold water.
2. Heat a little milk, sugar, and dehydrated blueberries. Remove from heat before it starts boiling.
3. Add the gelatin and mix well.
4. Pour into the chosen containers and let it rest for 5 to 6 hours (ideally until the next day).
5. Prepare the orange-flavored whipped cream.
6. Whip the cream, and when it is semi-whipped, add the powdered sugar and dehydrated orange, then finish whipping.
7. Place the whipped cream on top of the panna cotta and decorate with fresh blueberries.
