Refund and Return Policy
Legal right to withdraw from the purchase: Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without the need for justification, as long as the product has not been altered or opened. In this case, you will be refunded the price of the product, but the consumer will bear the shipping and return costs.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of their return.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us within 30 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.
If you receive the order with a quality issue, or it arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 2-3 days via our email info@kamarere.com, specifying the order number, a photograph or video showing the defect, and a photograph of the delivery note. Kamarere will take responsibility for replacing the product, offering a one-year voucher of equal value, or a refund (at the consumer’s choice), including shipping costs.
The item(s) to be returned must be carefully packaged, and the box should include the delivery note, with the shipping label affixed to the outside of the package.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you specify otherwise, detailing the payment method through which you wish the refund to be processed.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods, or in the case of goods that make up your order being delivered separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Kamarere via our email info@kamarere.com. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of this right before the deadline expires.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, or for reasons of hygiene or due to their consumable nature, cannot be returned.
