Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders within the mainland are shipped via our logistics operator.

Your order will arrive within the indicated timeframe according to the destination and the type of shipping selected.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Therefore, as long as you place the order before 11:30 AM, it will be included in the shipment for the same day. However, if you place the order later, the shipping time will begin on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:31 AM will be shipped the following Monday, as will orders made on holidays.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it once you receive it.

After 30 minutes from the order placement, it cannot be modified. If you need to add any additional information regarding the shipping address, please email us at info@kamarere.com as soon as possible, specifying the order number and the required changes.

You will be notified via email when the order leaves the warehouse and when it is out for delivery. The notification will include the tracking number so you can track the shipment.

In case of failed delivery, the courier will make a second attempt. If this also fails, the carrier will take your package to the nearest pickup point, where you can collect it in the following days (the transport company allows 15 days from receiving the package before returning it).

If the package is not collected within these 15 days, it will be returned to our warehouse and the product will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs, both for the initial and return shipping, which will be at the consumer’s expense.

Pickup Point Shipping Method: Delivery times to the pickup point are the same as home delivery, 48-72 hours.

Once the order is at the pickup point, it will stay there for 15 days for you to pick it up.

If not collected within these 15 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and the product will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs, both for the initial and return shipping, which will be at the consumer’s expense.

If you select the Pickup Point shipping method, it cannot be changed to home delivery once the order is placed and paid for.

Iberian Peninsula shipping:

  • Home delivery – 5€
  • Orders over 50€ (VAT inc.) – Free

During exceptional periods, shipments may experience delays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, Easter, and throughout the month of August).

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

Prices may change at any time, but (except as previously stated) any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your cart, and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do so, you must follow the steps in the checkout process, filling out or reviewing the information requested at each step.

Additionally, during the purchase process, before making the payment, you will be able to modify your order details. You may use the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay or Bizum.
