Honey Turnover with Turmeric and Cinnamon

Honey empanadilla with turmeric and cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • Quantities for 4 units
  • 4 puff pastry sheets
  • A jar of Kamarere honey with turmeric and cinnamon, 42 g
  • Brie cheese 50 g (1 slice)

    Kamarere caramelized onion powder

Steps:

  • 1. On a puff pastry sheet, add a teaspoon of Kamarere honey with turmeric and cinnamon.
  • 2. Next, add a pinch of Kamarere caramelized onion powder.
  • 3. Add 2 slices of brie cheese and on top of them another pinch of Kamarere caramelized onion powder.
  • 4. Fold the pastry sheet into a square and cook in the air fryer at 175 °C for 7 minutes.
