Ingredients:
- Kamarere fruit powder: 10 g
- Water: 100 ml
- Unflavored powdered gelatin: 12 g
- Honey: 30 g
- Lemon juice: 10 ml (approximately the juice of half a lemon)
Steps:
- 1.In a small bowl, mix the gelatin powder with 50 ml of cold water. Stir and let it hydrate for 5-10 minutes.
- 2. In a saucepan, heat the remaining 50 ml of water with the honey, lemon juice, and Kamarere frit powder. Mix well until everything is combined, withot boiling (about 60-70 ºC)
- 3. Add yhe hydrated gelatin to the hot mixture and stir constantly until completely dissolved. Do not let it boil.
- 4. Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds.
- 5. Let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Carefully unmold. They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
