Chocolate hearts

Ingredients:
- Quantities for a mold of 15 small figures
- Kamarere Raspberry Powder 10 g
- Milk (can also be plant-based or yogurt). Add to the raspberry until the desired texture is achieved
- Black chocolate 50%: 160 g
Pasos:
- 1. In a silicone mold with the desired shapes, add half of the chocolate, previously melted in the microwave (1 minute and a half at 1000 W). Spread it so that all the walls of the molds are covered. Then, let it cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- 2. In a bowl, add 10 g of Kamarere raspberry powder and add milk or yogurt until you achieve a cream to your liking.
- 3. Take the mold out of the refrigerator and fill the shapes with a small ball in the center (without reaching the top).
- 4. Next, add the remaining chocolate until the shapes are completely covered. Remove any excess chocolate from the mold with a damp paper towel or a spatula.

5. Let it cool again for another 10 minutes.
After this time, unmold. And they’re ready to enjoy.
